We've had Thors out to help with a number of issues since we moved into our new house. Most recently it was troubleshooting some issues with our tankless water heater. They're always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Great service at a reasonable price.

Both times I have used Thors plumbing they were out either same day or next day. Reasonable prices. The total of their two visits were less than other companies estimated for one visit. Once Thor realized one repair was easier than he thought he gave me a discount. Repairs and installation look great. They cleaned up their mess! Seems like a little thing, but those little things make a difference Highly recommend them.

Came as expected, did an excellent job figuring out the problems, rigged a temporary fix and made logical recommendation for permanent fix. Pleasant and courteous. Definitely would call again.

*Third time using. Were able to fit me in within hours of calling (on a Friday), quick professional service. Clean, neat work. Happy customer. Fixed two outside hose bibs.

Update, had them come out again. The owner himself fixed a leak on the water pipe from the street into the crawl space. Fast, professional and went the extra mile to explain what was going on. Also pointed out potential future issues and happy to take the time to discuss and quote. Highly recommend!
